• Warranty the condition of any vehicle listed on our platform
• Guarantee seller availability for delivery and inspection
• Verify the accuracy of vehicle descriptions or seller representations
• Facilitate payments between parties
• Provide insurance or bonding services

6. Vehicle Transactions

All vehicle transactions are conducted directly between sellers and dealers. You acknowledge that:

• All vehicles are sold "AS-IS" without warranty from Offer To Car
• You are responsible for inspecting vehicles before purchase
• Payment arrangements are between buyer and seller only
• Title transfer and registration are the responsibility of the parties
• Transportation arrangements must be made independently

7. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
